Nach eme Stuudienuufenthalt z Parys hät er wider i de Beckerei vo sym Vatter gschaffet. Irgedwänn hät er si dän aber chönen as Künschtler sälbständig mache, und zum gnueg verdiene hät er a de Kantonsschuel Wintertuur as Zäichnigsleerer gschaffet.[2]
De Landolt hät 1951 en Äidgnössischs Kunststipändium und 1965 de Conrad-Ferdinand-Meyer-Prys überchoo.
Syni Wèèrch hät er under anderem im Kunschthuus Züri, i de Kunschthale Basel, im Kunschtmuseeum Luzèèrn, im Kunschtmuseum Olte und im Kunschtsalon Wolfsberg z Züri uusgstelt.
Er isch ghüraate gsy und hät föif Chind ghaa.
