Wapiti Altai, terkadang disebut elk Altai, atau rusa Altai, adalah sebuah subspesies Cervus canadensis yang ditemukan di perbukitan hutan Siberia selatan, Mongolia barat laut, dan provinsi Xinjiang utara di Tiongkok. Hewan terebut berbeda dari wapiti Tian Shan yang berukuran lebih kecil dan berwarna lebih pucat.

Hewan tersebut juga diklasifikasikan sebagai C. elaphus sibirica,[2] dan juga dikenal sebagai maral Altai,[3] rusa maral tengah,[4] rusa merah Siberia,[2] dan maral.[5][6]
