Wae Nibe atau Wa Nibe adalah sungai yang berada di Pulau Buru, Maluku. Aliran Wa Nibe berhulu di Danau Rana, sebuah danau pegunungan di ketinggian 750 mdpl yang terletak di wilayah Air Buaya. Sedangkan muaranya berada di Waspait, wilayah pesisir utara Buru, perairan Laut Seram.[2][3]
Wae Nibe merupakan aliran utama dalam sistem DAS Wae Nibe dengan luas daerah tangkapan air sekitar 440 km2 (170 sq mi).[1]
