Starčevo (Abjad Kiril Serbia: Старчево) adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di munisipalitas Pančevo, Distrik Banat Selatan, Serbia. Kota ini terletak di provinsi otonom Vojvodina. Menurut sensus tahun 2011, jumlah penduduk kota ini tercatat sebesar 7.473 jiwa dan sebagian besar merupakan orang Serbia.

Arti nama kota ini adalah "tempat orang tua" dalam bahasa Serbia (starac, "tetua"). Kebudayaan Starčevo pada masa Neolitikum dinamai dari sebuah situs tipe di wilayah Starčevo.
