Soft rock (Rok lembut) (atau yang juga sering disebut light rock, adult-oriented rock atau slow rock) adalah jenis musik yang menggunakan teknik musik rok (kadang dikombinasikan dengan folk rock dan pop) untuk menghasilkan komposisi yang lebih lembut, suara yang lebih pelan. Soft rock umumnya dipakai untuk lagu-lagu bertema cinta, kehidupan sehari-hari dan pertemanan. Jenis musik ini cenderung menggunakan alat musik gitar akustik, piano, penyintesis dan kadang saksofon. Penggunaan gitar elektrik di musik soft rock biasanya lebih lembut dan bernada tinggi.
