Serealia semu
Serealia semu adalah tumbuhan berdaun lebar yang menghasilkan biji-bijian dalam jumlah relatif banyak dan dimakan seperti halnya serealia. Tumbuhan serealia sejati adalah yang berasal dari suku rumput-rumputan (Poaceae). Serealia semu juga dapat diolah dengan cara yang sama dengan serealia biasa, misal diolah menjadi tepung dan menjadi bahan pembuat mi (misal mi soba yang terbuat dari serealia semu buckwheat).
