Rolf Singer (23 Juni 1906 – 18 Januari 1994) adalah seorang mikologis dan taksonomis jamur (agarik) asal Jerman. Ia menulis buku "Agaricales dalam Taksonomi Modern". Ia kabur ke berbagai negara pada zaman Nazi, menjalani mikologi di Uni Soviet, Argentina, dan terakhir Amerika Serikat, sebagai mikologis di Field Museum, Chicago.
