Pulau Anchor (Pukenui) adalah pulau seluas 1.380 hektare di Selat Dusky, Taman Nasional Fiordland, Selandia Baru.[1]

Pulau ini memiliki tinggi 417 meter dan berjarak 2.5 km dari pulau utama Selandia Baru.[2][3]

Pulau ini saat ini digunakan oleh Departemen Konservasi sebagai surga bagi burung yang terancam punah seperti Tieke (Saddleback) dan Kakapo.[4]
