Piz Cancian adalah sebuah gunung di Pegunungan Bernina di Pegunungan Alpen, yang terletak di perbatasan antara Italia dan Swiss. Puncaknya memiliki ketinggian 3.103 meter (10.180 ft) di atas permukaan laut.[2]

Di sisi timur Swiss, gunung ini menghadap ke Danau Poschiavo dan Val di Poschiavo. Di sisi barat Italia terdapat Pizzo Scalino yang tinggi dan gletser Vedretta di Pizzo Scalino. Sisi Swiss dari gunung ini terletak di kotamadya Poschiavo dan kanton Graubünden, sementara sisi Italia berada di provinsi Sondrio dan region Lombardia.[2]
