Molepolole adalah sebuah kota besar di Distrik Kweneng, Botswana.

Orang-orang yang tinggal di Molepolole adalah Bakwena, yang merupakan salah satu dari delapan suku besar di Botswana. Bakwena Kgosi (Kepala), Sebele I termasuk di antara tiga kepala suku yang pergi ke Inggris untuk mencari perlindungan dari Inggris di era kolonial.[4] Molepolole berfungsi sebagai ibu kota Bakwena.
