Laminarin (juga disebut laminaran) adalah glukan (polisakarida glukosa) alga cokelat. Laminarin terbentuk dari proses fotosintesis dan terbentuk dari β(1→3)-glukan dengan β(1→6)-linkages. Laminarin adalah polisakarida linear, dengan rasio a β(1→3):β(1→6) sebesar 3:1.[1]
