KeyGene N.V. adalah perusahaan berbasis di Belanda yang bergerak di bidang riset dan pengembangan (R&D) genetika molekuler, khususnya teknologi DNA, dengan fokus pada tanaman budidaya. Perusahaan ini bermarkas di Wageningen, Belanda. Ia memiliki pula satu unit pendukung berlokasi di Rockville, Maryland, Amerika Serikat, dan satu laboratorium kerja sama berlokasi di Istitut Ilmu-ilmu Hayati Shanghai di Shanghai, Tiongkok.

Bidang yang digeluti dimulai dari pemetaan genetik, pengembangan "Breeding by Design", sekuensing, next generation sequencing, sampai pada automasi pengamatan fenotipe (phenomics). KeyGene juga mengembangkan perangkat lunak pendukung aplikasi genetika molekuler di bidang ilmu-ilmu tanaman, seperti JoinMap dan MapChart, dan satu teknik penandaan genetik yang dikenal sebagai AFLP.
