Issei Yamamoto (山本 一清, Yamamoto Issei, 1889–1959) adalah seorang astronom dan profesor Jepang di Universitas Kyoto. Pada tahun 1920 ia menjadi presiden pertama Oriental Astronomical Association [ja] Dia adalah direktur Observatorium Kwasan di Kyoto.[1]
