Gua Cacing Pendar Waitomo (secara resmi bernama Gua Waitomo)[1] adalah sebuah gua dengan beberapa bilik besar yang terletak di Waitomo, Pulau Utara, Selandia Baru. Gua ini merupakan atraksi wisata yang terkenal karena populasi Arachnocampa luminosa, sejenis spesies cacing berpendar yang hanya ditemukan di Selandia Baru. Pada tahun 2013, Gua Glowworm Waitomo dinyatakan sebagai "tampilan cacing berpendar yang paling banyak dikunjungi di dunia".[2] Objek wisata ini memiliki pusat pengunjung modern di pintu masuknya yang sebagian besar dirancang menggunakan material kayu. Tersedia tur terorganisir yang mencakup perjalanan perahu di bawah pendaran cahaya cacing tersebut.
Gua ini merupakan bagian dari sistem aliran air Waitomo yang juga mencakup Gua Ruakuri, Lucky Strike, dan Gua Tumutumu.
