Gombalan

Gombalan atau kata pikat adalah pembuka percakapan dengan tujuan menarik minat seseorang untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas percintaan atau kencan.

Gombalan dapat berupa pembuka percakapan langsung seperti memperkenalkan diri, memberikan informasi tentang diri sendiri, atau menanyakan kesukaan seseorang[1] dan membicarakan minat yang sama,[2] Gombalan juga kadang-kadang dilakukan dalam bentuk pujian[3] atau melucu kepada seseorang.

Dalam buku-buku tentang percintaan, pemula yang baru belajar melakukan gombalan biasanya disarankan untuk membuka percakapan dalam bentuk kalimat tanya jika memungkinkan.[4][5]
