Dumnagual IV

Dumnagual IV merupakan seorang tokoh Briton abad kesembilan yang dianggap sebagai penguasa Alclud, kerajaan yang kemudian dikenal sebagai Strathclyde (Puri Dumbarton modern). Menurut Silsilah Harleian, dia adalah putra pendahulunya Riderch II, cucu Eugein II, dan cicit Raja Dumnagual III.[1] Ia hanya diketahui dari sumber ini, dan tidak ada bukti langsung bahwa ia adalah raja Alclud, meskipun ia biasanya dianggap demikian oleh para sarjana.[2] Kronik Raja Alba melaporkan pembakaran Dunblane oleh suku Briton pada 849,[3] dan kemungkinan bahwa Dumnagual adalah penguasa Inggris yang bertanggung jawab atas tindakan tersebut, walaupun terdapat kemungkinan yang sama bahwa putranya Artgal juga bertanggung jawab.
