Derg (Amhar:ደርግ) atau Dergue adalah junta militer komunis yang berkuasa di Ethiopia setelah dijatuhkannya Haile Selassie I. Derg, yang berarti "komite" atau "dewan" dalam bahasa Ge'ez, adalah singkatan dari Komite Koordinasi Angkatan Bersenjata, Polisi, dan Tentara Teritorial, yaitu komite perwira militer yang menguasai Ethiopia dari tahun 1974 hingga 1987.
Antara tahun 1975 hingga 1987, Derg menghukum mati dan memenjarakan puluhan ribu musuhnya tanpa pengadilan.
