Caroxylon aphyllum (umumnya dikenal sebagai semak ganna atau kanna) adalah spesies semak kecil dalam famili Amaranthaceae.
Tumbuhan ini tumbuh di wilayah Karoo yang gersang di Afrika bagian selatan. Tumbuhan ini biasanya tumbuh di tanah yang dalam, berdebu, dan asin, di dasar lembah serta dataran sungai yang kering. Semak ini sangat umum sehingga namanya menjadi sebutan untuk jenis ekosistem Karoo tertentu - "gannaveld" (terkadang disebut "vlakteveld") - dan bahkan untuk nama pemerintahan daerah - Munisipalitas Lokal Kannaland.[1]
Spesies ini sebelumnya diklasifikasikan sebagai Salsola aphylla.[2]
