CEPAS, atau Contactless e-Purse Application, adalah sebuah spesifikasi Singapura untuk kartu pintar uang elektronik. CEPAS disediakan di seluruh pulau tersebut, menggantikan kartu EZ-Link asli pada 1 Oktober 2009.[1]
