Agira (dahulu San Filippo d'Argiriò) adalah sebuah kota di Provinsi Enna, Sisilia, yang terletak 15 kilometer di tenggara Nicosia dan setinggi 650 meter dpl. Pada tahun 2004 kota ini berpenduduk 8.171 jiwa. Agira, kota tertua di Sisilia, pada masa kuno dikenal sebagai Agyrium dan sejarawan Diodorus lahir di kota ini.
