Pyronaridine

Pyronaridine là thuốc chống sốt rét.[1] Nó được sản xuất lần đầu tiên vào năm 1970 và đã được sử dụng lâm sàng tại Trung Quốc kể từ những năm 1980.[2]

Nó là một trong những thành phần của liệu pháp phối hợp artemisinin artesunate/pyronaridine (Pyramax).[3]

Nó cũng đã được nghiên cứu như một loại thuốc chống ung thư tiềm năng.[4]

Dược động học

Hấp thu nhanh qua đường uống, phân bố rộng vào hồng cầu (tỷ lệ máu/plasma cao), thời gian bán thải dài, độ thanh thải thấp; có sự khác biệt dược động học giữa người khỏe và bệnh nhân sốt rét.[5]
