Si Walter Momper (ipinanganak noong Pebrero 21, 1945) ay isang Aleman na politiko at dating Namamahalang Alkalde ng Berlin (Kanlurang Berlin 1989–1990, muling pinagsama ang Berlin 1990–1991). Habang Namamahalang Alkalde, nagsilbi siya bilang Pangulo ng Bundesrat noong 1989/90. Siya ay nasa pagbubukas ng Tarangkahang Brandeburgo noong Disyembre 22, 1989 at, noong Oktubre 3, 1990, naging unang alkalde ng isang muling pinag-isang Berlin.

Ipinanganak siya sa Sulingen (malapit sa Bremen), ngayon Mababang Sahonya, at miyembro ng SPD (mga Sosyo-Demokratiko).
