Ang piaya (Hiligaynon: piyaya, ; Espanyol: piaya,[2] binibigkas na [ˈpjaʝa]; Hokkien Tsino: 餅仔; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: piáⁿ-iá) ay isang manipis na tinapay na walang lebadura na pinalamanan ng maskabado mula sa Pilipinas. Karaniwan itong makikita sa Negros Occidental kung saan ito ay isang sikat na delikasiya.[3] Ginagawa ito sa pagpupuno ng masa ng pinaghalong maskabado at tubig. Pinitpit gamit ang rodilyo ang pinaghalong masa, binudburan ng linga at inihurno sa isang malapad na lutuan.[4] Pinakamainam na kainin habang mainit ang piaya.[5]

Mga baryasyon

May mga ibang alternatibo sa tradisyonal na matamis na palaman na gawa sa maskabado, kabilang ang ube at mangga. Ang piayito (Hiligaynon : piyayito) ay isang maliit na bersyon ng piaya na manipis at malutong.[6]
