Ang Oum Hadjer (Arabe: أم هاجر) ay isang maliit na lungsod sa Chad at kabisera ng departamento ng Batha Est. Ito ay matatagpuan sa pana-panahong Ilog Batha. Ito ay nasa pangunahing daan sa pagitan ng Khartoum at N'Djamena, at mayroon itong maliit na paliparan, Paliparan ng Oum Hadjer IATA: OUM.
