Si Amy Johnson CBE, (1 Hulyo 1903 – 5 Enero 1941) ay isang tagapagpanimulang abyador na Inglesa. Siya ang unang pilotong babae na nag-iisang lumipad mula sa Britanya papunta sa Australia; noong kapanahunan niya ang isang babaeng piloto ay tinatawag na aviatrix sa wikang Ingles. Sa paglipad na nag-iisa o kasama ang kaniyang asawang si Jim Mollison, si Johnson ay nakapagtala ng maraming mga rekord noong dekada ng 1930. Lumipad si Johnson noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig bilang kabahagi ng Air Transport Auxiliary kung saan siya ay namatay habang isinasagawa ang paglipad na may layuning ilipat ng lugar ang isang sasakyang panghimpapawid (tinatawag sa Ingles bilang ferry flight o ferry flying).[2]
