Discretitheca (лат.) — монотипный род двудольных растений семейства Яснотковые (Lamiaceae), включающий вид Discretitheca nepalensis (Moldenke) P.D. Cantino[1]. Первоначально описанный Харольдом Молденке в составе рода Кариоптерис (Caryopteris)[2], вид выделен в отдельный род американским ботаником Филиппом Дугласом Кантино в 1998 году[3].

Распространение

Единственный вид является эндемиком Непала[4][5][6].

Общая характеристика

Кустарники[4].

Листья яйцевидной формы, зубчатые, размещены супротивно[4].

Цветки с венчиком розового цвета[4].

Плод — схизокарпий, распадающийся на сетчатые опушённые плодики обратнояйцевидной формы[4].
