Wouter KUSTERS (Geldermalsen, la 23-an de novembro, 1966) estas nederlanda filozofo, lingvisto kaj verkisto. Li estas konata ĉefe pro sia filozofumado pri frenezo, en kiu li uzas ankaŭ siajn memorojn pri du periodoj de psikozo dum sia propra vivo.

Kusters studis unue psikologion en la Universitato de Utrecht, Nederlando. En 1987 li travivis sian unuan epizodon de psikozo. Poste, li studis lingvistikon en la sama universitato, kaj doktoriĝis en 2003 pri tiu fako en la Universitato de Leiden.

Post tio li publikigis kelkajn verkojn pri sia unua epizodo de psikozo (kiel Pure waanzin 'pura frenezo' en 2004 kaj Alleen, berichten uit de isoleercel 'Sole, mesaĝoj el la izolejo' en 2008), kaj studis filozofion en la Universitato de Utrecht.

Tuj post kiam li finstudis, li travivis duan epizodon de psikozo. Pri tiu li verkis Filosofie van de waanzin 'Filozofio de frenezo' (2014 tradukita anglen kiel A Philosophy of Madness, MIT Press, 2020).

Nuntempe, Kusters estas konata filozofo ankaŭ ekzemple pri la mensa reago al klimatŝanĝo.
