Uithuizen (groninge: Uthuzn) estas la ĉefloko de la municipo Hogeland en la provinco Groningen en Nederlando. Ĝis 1979 Uithuizen estis memstara municipo, en tiu jaro ĝi kunfandiĝis kun la antaŭa municipo Uithuizermeeden al la nova municipo Hefshuizen. Tiu lasta en 1990 pliampleksiĝis per la municipoj Usquert, Warffum kaj Kantens. En 1992 la nomo ŝanĝiĝis al Eemsmond.
La loko situas je la finpunkto de la Boterdiep kaj havas stacion ja la fervojo-linio de Groningen al Roodeschool.
