Tatra T97 estas aŭtomobila modelo de firmao Tatra kies formon (kaj kelkajn teknikajn solvojn) kopiis Ferdinand Porsche por Volkswagen. La polemikon pri patento rompis Hitler, kiam li okupaciis Ĉeĥoslovakion. En 1961, la fabriko Tatra ricevis 3 milionojn da germanaj markoj je la patentoj.
La aŭtomobilon planis en 1933 Hans Ledwinka kaj oni produktis ĝin ĝis okupo de Ĉeĥoslovakio. Kelkaj tipoj havis jam ĝirindikilojn antaŭe.
