Sebbi (m. 695) estis anglosaksa reĝo de Essex, Anglio de 664 694.

Ĝis 683 li kunregis Essex kune kun sia frato Sigehere. Ili estis kuzoj de sia antaŭulo Swithelm.

En 665 Sigehere forlasis kristanismon kaj reiĝis pagano sed Sebbi restis pia kristana. Tre baldaŭ ili iĝis rivaloj. Sigehere aliancis al Wessex, kaj Sebbi al Mercia. En 665 Wulfhere, reĝo de Mercia, tiom pligrandigis sian influon en Essex ke li iĝis ĝia superulo. Li sendis Jaruman, episkopon de Mercia, por rekonverti la popolon de Essex.
