La Sambro (france Sambre, nederlande Samber) estas rivero fluanta en Francio (Maubeuge) kaj Belgio (Charleroi, Jemeppe-sur Sambre); ĝi enfluas la Mozon en Namur.
La fonto de la rivero estas en Francio, ĉe Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache (Aisne). La plej granda franca urbo laŭ la rivero estas Maubeuge.
La Sambro estas grandparte kanaligita inter 1825 kaj 1839 kaj sur la rivero estas do multe da kluzoj. La urbeto Thuin en Henegovio en la 19-a jarcento iĝis grava centro de rivera navigado.
