SWORDS (Special Weapons Observation Reconnaisance Detection Systems) estas armila robota veturilo alta je 1 m. Ĝin teledirektas homo el malproksimo (300–100m), laŭ bildoj ricevitaj per la robota kamerao tra kablo aŭ radio. Ĝi estas trakonstruita, evoluigita el eksplodigaĵ-ekzamena roboto TALON. Oni evoluigis ĝin dum ses monatoj kaj per 2 milionoj da usonaj dolaroj. Unu ekzemplero kostas 200.000 USD.

Ĝi povas surgrimpi trotuaran randon, ĝia maksimuma rapido estas 6 km/h kaj la litio-jona akumulatoro certigas 1–4-horan funkciadon.

SWORDS povas pafi sen reŝargo 300-foje per M240 kaj 350-foje per M249.
