Parța [parca] (hungare: Parác, germane: Paratz) estas vilaĝo en Rumanio sud-sudokcidente de Timișoara. En 1910 ĝi havis 2 739 loĝantojn (rumanoj, germanoj, hungaroj, serboj), en 1992 1 420 (rumanoj, 11 % da hungaroj). Ĝia unua mencio estas el 1319. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Temes vármegye).

Administre ĝi apartenis ĝis 2004 al la komunumo Șag; tiam ĝi sendependiĝis per la leĝo n-ro 54/2004.
