C. H. Othmar Reiser (1861–1936) estis ornitologo de Aŭstrio.

Reiser estis zorganto de la Zemaljski Muzej de Sarajevo, kie eblas vidi lian kolekton de birdoj el Balkanio (ĉirkaŭ 10,000 specimenoj).

En 1903 li partoprenis en ekspedicio de la Aŭstria Akademio de Sciencoj al nordorienta Brazilo, dum kiu li estis la unua sciencisto kiu vidis la Spiksan blupapagon (Cyanopsitta spixii) en naturo ekde la origina malkovro de la specio antaŭ 84 jaroj.
