Okulmakulo
Okulmakulo aŭ ocelo (foje nomata science per la latinaj terminoj ocellus aŭ ocelli) estas marko kun ronda formo de okulo. Ĝi troviĝas ĉe papilioj, reptilioj kaj birdoj. Ĉe membroj de la familio de Felisedoj (kiaj la Leopardo kaj la Leopardkato), ankaŭ la blankaj cirklaj markoj de la dorso de la oreloj estas nomataj ocelli, kaj ili funkcias simile al la okulmakuloj ĉe aliaj animaloj. Ĝi troviĝas ankaŭ ĉe iuj fiŝidoj, ekz. tinko.
La celoj de tiuj markoj estas ĉu kamuflo ĉu ŝajnigi danĝeron al eventualaj predantoj ke temas pri pli granda besto ol en la realo kies okuloj estas tiaj makuloj.
