Kohlo, kohl (arabe كُحْل), kajal, kajol, aŭ tiro estas antikva kosmetikaĵo uzita por emfazi la linioj de okuloj, tradicie produktita per muelado de stibnito (Sb2S3) por uzado simila al tiu de karbo en okulŝminkado. Ĝi estas amplekse uzata en Mezoriento kaj Nordafriko, Suda Azio, Kaŭkazo, Okcidenta Afriko, kaj la Korno de Afriko, tipe kiel okulliniigilo aŭ konturilo kaj/aŭ malheligilo de la okulharoj. La preciza enhavo de kohlo kaj la variaj vojoj por prepari ĝin diferencas surbaze de la tradicioj kaj landoj. Kelkaj studoj pridubis la sekurecon de kohlo pro la danĝeroj de venenigo pro plumbo. Importi kohlon en Usono estas malpermesita.
