Katla estas subglaĉera vulkano en Islando. Ĝi estas parto de la glaĉero Mýrdalsjökull.
En la lastaj jarcentoj Katla erupciis ĉiu 40 ĝis 80 jaroj - tamen la lasta erupcio okazis en 1918. Siaj erupcioj rezultas en grandaj akvaj inundoj kiam malsolidiĝas glacio.
Vulkanerupcioj en Eyjafjallajökull, kiel en aprilo 2010, estas multe pli maloftaj. Tamen erupcioj en Katla ofte sekvas erupcioj en Eyjafjallajökull.
