John Benjamin DANCER (8a de Oktobro 1812 – 24a de Novembro 1887) estis brita fabrikanto kaj inventisto de sciencaj instrumentoj kaj partikulare de mikrofotografio.[1] Li pioniris ankaŭ en stereografio. Ĉirkaŭ 1835, li kontrolis la negocon de sia patro por fabrikado de instrumentoj en Liverpool. Li estis responsa pri variaj inventoj, sed li ne patentis multajn el siaj ideoj. En 1856, li inventis la stereoskopan kameraon (GB patento 2064/1856).[2] Li mortis je aĝo de 75 kaj estis entombigita en la tombejo de Brooklands, Sale, Granda Manĉestro.
