Jameed
Ĝamido (جميد laŭvorte: "hardita") estas formo de sekigita jogurto farita el kaprina aŭ ŝafina lakto. Ĝi estas farita drenante sekan jogurton el ĝia selakto, formante ĝin en pilkoj, kaj lasante ĝin hardi. Sekigado malebligas difektadon. La Ĝamidoj estas manĝata en Jordanio, precipe en kuirarto de beduenoj. Ĝi estas ankaŭ ofta inter la beduenoj en Palestino, Israelo, Egiptio, kaj eĉ Sirio. Ankaŭ estas kutime aldoni ĝin al saŭcoj aŭ supoj.
