Howard STAY (stej), naskiĝis la 24-an de oktobro 1897 en Burnemuto, estis brita instruisto.
Stay instruis Esperanton al laboristoj, kunlaboris al Tutmonda Esperantista Pedagogia Servo (TEPS) kaj „Internacia Pedagogia Revuo“, redaktis „Sennacieca Pedagogia Revuo“ (eliris 4 kajeroj, 1930) kaj „The Labour Esperanto-Bulletin“, 1931-1932. Plenumkomitatano de SAT de 1930 ĝis 1932.
