Hlothere (m. la 6-an de februaro 685) estis anglosaksa reĝo de Kent, Anglio ekde 673. Li sekvis sian fraton Ecgberht la 1-an.
En 676 Aethelred la 1-a (Mercia) invadis Kent. Laŭ la anglosaksa historiisto Bede, Aethelred rabis kaj preĝejojn kaj monaĥejojn, kaj tute disrabis Rochester.
Ŝajne dum iom da tempo Hlothere regis kune kun sia nevo kaj sekvanto Eadric: estas leĝoj eldonitaj je ambaŭ iliaj nomoj. Tamen en 685 Hlothere ekzilis Eadric, kiu iris al Sussex, kie li kunigis armeon: Eadric venkis Hlothere, kiu mortis pro vundoj.
Hlothere estas la plej frua reĝo de Kent de kiu ankoraŭ restas ĉartoj.
