Biografio

Gyula Wagner studis de sia patro, kiu estis arkitekto kaj nature en Joseph Politechnicum kaj en simila altlernejo TU Wien, fine li frekventis 7 semestrojn en Akademio de Belartoj de Vieno. Lia plej grava instruisto estis Theophil Hansen. Post siaj studoj li aliĝis hejme al la familia ateliero. Li specialiĝis pri projektoj de justicaj palacoj, prizonoj. Depost la 1-a mondmilito li laboris plu en la pli pacema Vieno.
