Gorgol aŭ Kurkul (arabe ولاية كركول) estas la kvina administra regiono en Maŭritanio. Ĝi situas en sudo de la lando kaj havas relative malgrandan areon.
La ĉefurbo estas Kaedi; same en la regiono situas la urboj M’Bout kaj Maghama. Gorgol estas dividata je kvar subregionoj, nome M’Bout, Kaedi, Maghama kaj Monguel.
Ene de Maŭritanio, Gorgol limas okcidenta al regiono Brakna, oriente al Assaba kaj sudoriente al Gidimaka. Sudokcidente Gorgol limas al Senegalo, kie la limo estas la Rivero Senegalo.
La regiono Gorgol havis en 2000 la loĝantaron de 242.711 personoj.
