La ruso Georgij FILIPOV (naskiĝis en 1888, mortodato nekonata) estis sovetunia esperantisto kaj sciencisto ĉe la pedagogia instituto en Ĥarkov (Ĥarkivo). Li faris gravajn studojn pri Esperanto kiel prepara ŝtupo por lernado de fremdaj naciaj lingvoj (vidu respektivajn artikolojn en Meĵdunarodnij Jazik, Internacia Lingvo, la ruslingva organo de SEU). Li organizis periodajn Esperanto-disaŭdigojn el Ĥarkova radiostacio de 1927.
