Fritz Perls (naskiĝis la 8-an de julio 1893 en Berlino, mortis 76-jara la 14-an de marto 1970 en Ĉikago) estis german-usona psikiatro. Li estas la motora iniciatinto de la Gestalt-terapio, kiun li evoluigis kun sia edzino Laura Perls kaj la kolego Paul Goodman. Liaj konceptoj forte influis kaj apartenis al la fundamento pri la skolo de humanisma psikologio, kvankam Fritz Perls ne mem membris en ĝi.
