La rivero Falschauer (germane Falschauer, itale Valsura) estas rivero, kiu troviĝas en la Alpa regiono de Sudtirolo. Ĝia fonto estas la lago Weissbrunn en la orienta parto de montaro Ortler. Ĝi trafluas la tutan valon Ulten. Post 41,4 km tui post la vilaĝo Lana, ĝi enfluas en la rivero Adiĝo.
