Cerros
La majaa ruino Cerros troviĝas en Corozal en Belizo (Mezameriko) sur duoninsulo inter la golfeto de Corozal kaj Lowry's Bight. Ĝi estis ekloĝita ĉirkaŭ -300 kaj daŭre estis ĝis la jaro 200. La nomo devenas de la geografia situo super la golfeto kaj signifas "grandan monteton".
En Cerros troviĝas tri grandaj akropoloj, pluraj placoj kaj piramidoj. La plej alta konstruaĵo estas ĉirkaŭ 22 metrojn alta kun fundamento 52x60 metrojn granda. La urbo estis ĉefe ĉemara komercejo por jado kaj obsidiano.
Cerros estis retrovita unuafojon de Thomas Gann en la 19-a jarcento, sed detalaj esploroj ekis nur en 1973.
