Brano (el la angla: bran) estas la muelita grenŝelo, kromprodukto de la muelado. Ĝi estas grava nutraĵo, uzata ĉefe por bestoj, riĉa je albumino kaj amelo.

- ĝermo- kaj ŝelopartojn de la grenosemo
- aleuronotavolon (proteino), el kristalstrukturaj albuminkorpetoj
