Beefalo aŭ viandobovo, ankaŭ referencata kiel cattalo aŭ Amerika hibrido, estas fekunda hibrida idaro de aldomigita bovo (Bos taurus), kutime masklo en kontrolitaj bredoprogramoj, kaj de Amerika bizono (Bison bison), kutime ino en kontrolitaj bredoprogramoj.[1][2] La raso estis kreita por kombini la karakterojn de ambaŭ animaloj por viando-produktado.
