En demonologio, Aamon deĵoras kiel helpanto de Astaroto kaj unu el la tri intimoj de Satano. Li efike alestigas la pasinton kaj la estonton. Laŭ iuj esploristoj li disponas pri kvardek legioj, meritante tiel la titolon de “princo”.
